Insurance - Tenants belongings are not covered by the owner’s insurance policy and we recommend that tenants discuss their insurance requirements with an insurance consultant to advise them of the most applicable cover for them.

Tenancy Arrangements - It is the tenants responsibility to notify the managing agent  of any change in the tenancy arrangement as soon as possible

Rental Payments - A residential tenancy agreement is a legally binding contract and it is important that you pay rent in accordance with the terms of the agency.
